What is Psyllium?

Fiberall® Fiber Supplement’s active ingredient is Psyllium, a soluble fiber long used as a laxative which the FDA has ruled may also reduce the risk of heart disease.*
*NOTICE: Mix this product with at least 8 oz (a full glass) of liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take if you have difficulty in swallowing.

Is Fiberall® Diabetic-Friendly?

Yes, Fiberall® Fiber Supplement is sugar-free.

Is Fiberall® safe for children?

For 12 and over take up to 3 rounded TEASPONS per day in at least 8 oz of liquid.
For Children 6 to 12 years 1/2 TEASPOON
For Children under 6 years ask a doctor.

How should I store my Fiberall® Fiber Supplement?

We recommend that you store Fiberall® Fiber Supplement at 68 to 77 F. DO NOT USE if seal under cap is missing or broken.

Can Fiberall® Fiber Supplement be used after the expiration date?

No, please do not use Fiberall® Fiber Supplement if it has expired.
